Business coaching is for business people and owners who want to grow their business and reach new career or business heights.

You do not have to belong to any particular demographic group (age, sex, class, etc.). All you need is the determination to improve and the discipline to stick with your plan of action to reach measurable goals.

Business coaching is normally one-to-one but can also be arranged for groups.

Business coaching sessions are conducted at a time and place of the client's choosing. Alternatively, there is the option of coaching by telephone for those who are too busy meet in person.

Experience has shown us that a module of six sessions is usual to achieve tangible results. Plenty of participants choose to extend their sessions, while some choose to do a single session. With Davide de Maestri, the focus is always on each participant, so there are no set rules.
